How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within 60 days)
- You receive the wrong item
- You receive the factory faulty item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps (you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

Felt very confident in this. Very nice quality bodysuit; straps were adjustable. The cuffs/neck collar could use some work in terms of quality, but it does the trick for the costume. I recommend getting the full stockings rather than the thigh high ones as they give a fuller look.

I typically order a size up, but I ordered the size I would normally get and it fit perfectly! (For reference, I’m 5’3!) The material is quite stretchy actually, so I think someone who fits an XL might be able to fit into this! However, I do wish there was a way to cinch the waist a bit tighter; it came with these strings in the sides but i pretty much don’t know if I’m tying them right… The bunny tail and ears look great, but the wrist pieces are a bit big and the collar is sorta unflattering and I opted to take it off for future cosplay photos. Otherwise, for the cheap price, this is just what I expected, and if you’re looking for a bunny suit, I would recommend it, especially if you’re on a budget!

The straps are a little hard to adjust but I love this one. I was actually nervous abt buying this in size medium, I’m 5ft 3in & weight 97lbs so I thought it’d be loose, when I put it on it was actually tight and stretchy. I got pack C, I am kind of flat chested but the padding goes up and it covers up your breast. Came in sooner than expected, packed very well, over all I love my purchase.

BOUGHT SET D, L (very snug fit) MEASUREMENTS: waist: 77cm bust: 90.5cm hips: 88.5cm height: 155cm (5’1) this set was SO cute and comfortable to wear! the parts are easy to put on, and the bodysuit is a stretchy, soft breatheable material which feels pretty high quality for the price. it also has padding in the breast area, so you don’t need to wear a bra, but you still could if you want to 🙂 the only thing is that the cuffs are a little too large, which can easily be adjusted yourself by sewing, and the bow on the collar isn’t straight when you wear it (also an easy self fix), so that’s all good! didn’t need to contact store about anything and delivery was fast too! overall, I’m very happy with the purchase :>
