Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I have bought 7 figures, they have been individually wrapped by a plastic bag and in turn came wrapped by a bubble plastic. Even if it has the name “Qposket” on the base, they are not original, they are copies as they have failures. In general, for the price they are OK, but I have had difficulty with most so I can hook the figure to the base (they do not match). In addition, two figures have a cross-eyed Eye (Zenitsu and Shinobu). And almost all swords come bent or curved.

Beautiful! There are small holes with a color (spots of red paint on the part of yellow hair, a little not neat moments, in places rough) but! For that price, the best I ‘ve ever seen.
